液压进油管路振动机理分析及减振设计 被引量:5

摘要 针对某型特种车辆液压进油管路金属软管剧烈振动问题,开展了试验测试、理论及仿真分析、结构优化设计等工作,揭示进油管路的振动机理,并仿真再现了振动过程。另一方面,以有限元仿真平台为基础,对比分析了增加质量块、自约束和互约束等若干改进措施,确定了改进方案;最后,通过实物试验验证了改进效果。 To prevent the severe vibration of a hydraulic inlet pipeline for some special vehicle, tests, theoretical analysis and simulations have been conducted, and the vibration mechanism has been discovered. Besides, based on the simulation platform, this paper also put forward several vibration-reduction designs, such as adding a mass, self-restraint and cross-restraint to the system, comparing the results of which, a best alternative has been determined. Finally, the effects of those improvement designs have been verified by both simulation analysis and actual test results.
