组学技术研究瘤胃酸中毒对泌乳奶牛牛奶代谢物的影响

The effect of rumen acidosis on milk metabolites in lactating dairy cows

摘要 采用基于液相色谱-质谱联用的代谢组学技术,研究高比例精料日粮导致的瘤胃酸中毒牛奶代谢物的变化情况。选择荷斯坦泌乳奶牛12头,其中经兽医确认的瘤胃酸中毒泌乳奶牛8头,正常牛只4头。晨饲前采集牛奶,保存于-80℃待检。结果显示,高精料日粮导致的瘤胃酸中毒牛奶中糖类与有机酸类物质增多,基于多元统计学分析发现5种差异代谢物在酸中毒组的表达量显著高于正常组,这5种差异代谢物分别是葡萄糖、L-焦谷氨酸、莽草酸、柠康酸、马来酰胺酸。 To study the changes of milk metabolites in rumen acidosis caused by high proportion of concentrate diet, 8 Holstein dairy cows with rumen acidosis and 4 healthy Holstein dairy cows were selected for the trial.The milk samples were collected before the feeding on the morning and stored at -80℃.The results showed that the amount of sugars and organic acids in rumen acidosis milk caused by high concentrate diet increased significantly( P <0.05).Based on multivariate statistical analysis,it was found that the expression level of 5 different metabolites in acidosis group was significantly higher than that in normal group.The five differential metabolites were glucose, L -pyroglutamic acid, shikimic acid,citraconic acid and maleamide acid.
