摘要 我国铁路建设项目"走出去"覆盖亚洲、欧洲、非洲、拉丁美洲等大洲,分析不同区域铁路发展需求,根据各区域实施能力和建设需求的关系,提出我国铁路建设项目"走出去"的市场布局应以周边国家和地区为主,以西亚、中东欧、非洲、拉丁美洲国家为辅,积极主动开拓欧美等高端市场。根据功能作用的不同,海外铁路建设项目可分为资源开发型、经济促进型、经济提升型3类,针对不同区域提出不同铁路建设项目"走出去"思路,并以雅万高铁为例进行分析。 China railway construction project “going global” covers Asia, Europe, Africa, Latin America and other continents. This paper analyses railway development demands in different regions. Based on the relationship of implementation ability and construction needs for each region, it puts forward that the market layout of China railway construction project “going global” shall focus on the surrounding countries and regions, with West Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa and Latin American countries as supplements to actively explore high-end markets such as Europe and the United States. According to the different functions, overseas railway construction projects can be divided into three types: resource development type, economy promotion type and economy boosting type. Aiming to the different ideas of railway construction projects “going global” in different regions, this paper takes the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway as an example to analyze.
