摘要
工程塑料是继电器主要材料之一,其在继电器中起到稳定结构和绝缘的作用。其质量的好坏对继电器产品的性能有很大的影响。该文通过某家电产品加热控制用电磁继电器的失效分析,明确了推动卡材料由于冷结晶导致尺寸变化,进而导致继电器失效的机理,并对塑料材料管控提出建议。
Engineering plastics is the main material of relay,which plays a role in stabilizing structure and insulation. Its quality has a great influence on the performance of relay products.In this paper the failure mechanism of relay due to the cold crystallization of pushrod was clarified through the failure analysis of relay which was used for heating control in household appliance product.And the suggestions on quality control of plastic materials are also put forward.
