经尿道直出式绿激光前列腺剜除术的价值体会

Value of Transurethral Direct Green Laser Enucleation of Prostate

目的探讨经尿道直出式绿激光前列腺剜除术的实施价值。方法选定2016年1月~2018年1月本院泌尿外科收治的80例良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象,按随机数表法分组,参照组(n=40)和研究组(n=40),参照组实施经尿道前列腺电切术,研究组实施经尿道直出式绿激光前列腺剜除术。分析两组患者手术指标、术后并发症以及预后情况。结果研究组手术出血量、手术时间、术后尿管留置时间、术后住院时间均显著低于参照组,手术并发症发生率显著低于参照组,组间比较差异有显著有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组患者术前IPSS、QOL评分无显著差异(P>0.05),术后3个月两组IPSS、QOL评分无显著差异(P> 0.05)。结论良性前列腺增生病实施经尿道直出式绿激光前列腺剜除术治疗可达到良好疗效,且患者创伤更小,并发症更少,恢复更快。

Objective To explore the value of transurethral direct green laser enucleation of prostate. Methods 80 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to the urology department of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects and divided into reference group (n=40) and research group (n=40) according to random number table method. The reference group underwent transurethral resection of prostate, while the study group underwent transurethral direct green laser enucleation of prostate. The surgical indexes, postoperative complications and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed. Results The blood loss, operation time, catheter indwelling time and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly lower than those in the reference group, and the incidence rate of surgical complications was significantly lower than that in the reference group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in IPSS and QOL scores between the two groups before operation (P > 0.05), and there was no significant difference in IPSS and QOL scores between the two groups 3 months after operation (P > 0.05). Conclusion Transurethral direct green laser enucleation of prostate for benign prostatic hyperplasia can achieve good curative effect, with less trauma, fewer complications and faster recovery.
