摘要
目的分析血清hs-CRP、hcy水平变化与高血压危险分层的关联性,并探讨其临床意义。方法选取2015年5月~2017年8月本院106例高血压患者作为观察组,包括1级35例、2级43例、3级28例,另选102例同期健康体检者作为对照组。检测对比两组血清hs-CRP、hcy水平,对比不同高血压危险分层患者血清hs-CRP、hcy水平,分析血清hs-CRP、hcy水平与高血压危险分层的相关性。结果观察组血清hs-CRP、hcy水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);不同高血压危险分级患者血清hs-CRP、hcy水平存在差异,且危险分层越高,血清hs-CRP、hcy水平越高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);经Spearman分析可知,血清hs-CRP、hcy水平与高血压危险分层呈正相关(均P <0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP、hcy水平与高血压危险分层存在相关性,检测血清hs-CRP、hcy水平可为临床预防、诊治高血压、病情评估提供重要依据。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the changes of serum high-sensitive responsive protein (hs- CRP), homocysteine (hcy) and the risk stratification of hypertension, and to explore its clinical significance. Methods From May 2015 to August 2017, 106 patients with hypertension in our hospital were selected as the observation group, including 35 patients at grade 1, 43 patients at grade 2, and 28 patients at grade 3. Another 102 healthy subjects were selected as controls group. The serum levels of hs-CRP and hcy were compared between the two groups. Serum hs-CRP and hcy levels were compared between different risk groups of hypertension. The correlation of risk stratification of hypertension between serum hs-CRP and hcy levels were analyzed. Results The serum levels of hs-CRP and hcy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Serum hs-CRP and hcy levels were different in patients with different risk scores of hypertension. The higher risk stratification caused the higher serum hs-CRP and hcy levels, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05);According to Spearman analysis, serum hs-CRP and hcy levels were positively correlated with hypertension risk stratification (P < 0.05). Conclusion There is a correlation between serum hs-CRP and hcy levels and risk stratification of hypertension. The detection of serum hs-CRP and hcy levels can provide an important basis for clinical prevention, diagnosis and treatment of hypertension and disease assessment.
