割草机振动与噪声产生机理及控制研究

Research on the Generation Mechanism and Control of Vibration and Noise of Mower

割草机是园林与草地绿化修剪作业中常用的机械装备,其在使用过程中存在较大的振动与噪声,不但使割草机操作者处于恶劣的工作环境,而且还会严重影响周边的环境,给人们的工作和生活带来诸多不良影响。文章针对割草机振动与噪声产生的主要部件,分析了割草机振动与噪声产生的影响因素及其形成机理,并提出了相应的控制方法,为割草机振动与噪声的控制提供了参考。

The lawn mower is a commonly used mechanical equipment in gardening and grassland greening and pruning operations,however, due to the large vibration and noise during the using process, it not only makes the operator of the lawn mower in bad working conditions of noise, but also seriously affects the surrounding environment, which has brought many adverse effects on people's work and life. Aiming at the main components of mower vibration and noise, this paper analyzed the influencing factors and generation mechanism of mower vibration and noise, and put forward corresponding control methods and measures, which provided reference for the control of mower vibration and noise.
