综采运输顺槽皮带机安设工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 当前,综采工作面运输顺槽对皮带机的安装质量及安全性能要求很高。根据对运输顺槽皮带机各机构适应性和受力状态的研究分析,综合皮带机安装工艺过程的经济性和安全性,论述了皮带机的设计要点,为综采运输顺槽皮带机设计安装提供借鉴和依据,提高综采出煤运输效率,大幅降低因安装技术水平不高造成的后期维修保养费用。 At present, the transportation slot of the fully mechanized mining face has high requirements on the installation quality and safety performance of the belt conveyor. According to the research and analysis of the adaptability and the stress state of each mechanism of the belt conveyor in transportation slot, this paper discussed the design points of the belt conveyor combining with the economy and safety of the installation process of the belt conveyor for fully mechanized mining to provide reference and basis for the design and installation of belt conveyor for fully mechanized mining transportation, improve the conveying efficiency of coal output in fully mechanized coal mining, and greatly reduce the post-maintenance costs caused by the low level of installation technology.
