李雅庄煤矿水力压裂预裂钻孔参数分析

摘要 从李雅庄煤矿开采情况来看,影响回采工作面安全生产的最主要因素为上隅角悬顶面积过大,两巷超前100m范围内矿压显著,巷道变形严重,存在锚杆锚索破断情况,巷道返修工程量大,给煤矿安全生产带来不利影响。为此,李雅庄煤矿开展了水力压裂顶板研究。结果表明,所用技术不仅产生了巨大的安全效益,还带来了明显的经济效益。 From the mining situation of Liyazhuang Coal Mine, the biggest factor affecting the safe production of the stoping face was that the overhanging roof area at the upper corner was too large, the mine pressure within 100 m ahead of the two roadways was significant, the roadway deformation was serious, the bolt and cable breakage existed in the roadway, and the amount of roadway repair project was large, which brought adverse factors to the safe production of the coal mine. In order to solve these problems, hydraulic fracturing roof was studied in Liyazhuang Coal Mine. The test results show that this technique brings not only great safety benefits, but also obvious economic benefits.
