Importance of Hydrological Monitoring in the Sustainable Utilization of Water Resources

随着水资源开发力度的不断加大,国内水资源长期处于超负荷利用状态,这在很大程度上加剧了国内水资源短缺和供需不平衡的问题。针对这一情况,在广泛调研的基础上,阐述了水文监测对水资源开发利用的重要意义,分析了国内水资源开发利用现状,并提出了水资源可持续开发利用的几项举措,望对水资源开发管理有所借鉴。

With the continuous development of water resources, domestic water resources have been overloaded for a long time, which has greatly aggravated the shortage and the imbalance between supply and demand of domestic water resources. In view of this situation, on the basis of extensive research, this paper expounded the significance of hydrological monitoring for water reso-urces development and utilization, analyzed the status quo of domestic water resources development and utilization, and proposed several measures for sustainable development and utilization of water resources, hoping to provide reference for water resources development management.
