摘要
采用Workbench软件对液压支架整体及底座的受力情况进行了仿真分析,根据仿真分析结果提出了结构优化措施。优化结果表明在确保液压支架底座强度满足支护受力要求的情况下,底座满载情况下的最大应力降低了约22.09%,底座结构质量降低了约18.22%,极大地降低了液压支架的整体成本并提高了其使用时的灵活性。
This paper carried out simulation analysis on the force of the overall hydraulic support and hydraulic support base by using the Workbench software and proposed the structural optimization measures based on the simulation results. The optimization results showed that while ensuring that the strength of the hydraulic support base met the requirements of the support force, the maximum stress of the base under full load was reduced by about 22.09%, and the mass of the base structure was reduced by about 18.22%, which greatly reduced the overall cost of the hydraulic support and improved the flexibility of its use.
