创新思维下的新能源汽车发展理念

Development Concept of New Energy Vehicle Based on Innovative Thinking

新能源汽车为我国汽车产业转型升级,实现高质量发展提供了重要机遇。本文从发展新能源汽车应秉持的创新思维出发,分析了创新所需的理念、人才、氛围三大要素以及前瞻思维、差异思维、全局思维、循环思维的思维方法。提出了新能源汽车的创新驱动,政策驱动和市场驱动,好的产品、基础设施与商业模式,四网融合与四流融合的发展理念,以期为我国新能源汽车发展提供战略参考和借鉴。

New energy vehicles provide an important opportunity for the transformation and upgrading as well as high-quality development of China’s automobile industry. Based on the innovative thinking that should be maintained in the development of new energy vehicles, this paper analyzes the three elements required for innovation, i.e., ideas, talents, and atmosphere;it also presents the thinking methods required for innovation, i.e., prospective thinking, differential thinking, global thinking, and circular thinking. On this basis, it is proposed that the development of new energy vehicles should be promoted by innovation, policies, and the market;good products, infrastructure, and business models are crucial for the development;and the transport, energy, information, and cultural networks should be integrated. It is hoped that this study can provide strategic references for the development of new energy vehicles in China.
