摘要 介绍235/55R17 99W轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径686mm,断面宽255mm,行驶面宽度188mm,行驶面弧度高9.8mm,胎圈着合直径435.7mm,胎圈着合宽度210. 82mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)1.02,采用4条宽大纵向主沟花纹,花纹深度8.5mm,花纹周节数67,花纹饱和度65.45%。施工设计:胎体采用2层1440dtex/2 DSP聚酯帘布,带束层采用3×0.30HT钢丝帘线;采用一次法成型机成型、双模液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈阻力、耐久性能、低气压性能和高速性能均符合国家标准要求,滚动阻力达到欧盟标签法B级要求。 The design on 235/55 R17 99 W passenger car radial tire was described. In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 686 mm,cross-sectional width 255 mm,width of running surface 188 mm,arc height of running surface 9. 8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat435. 7 mm,bead width at rim seat 210. 82 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1. 02,using 4 wide longitudinal groove pattern,pattern depth 8. 5 mm,number of pattern pitches 67,and block/total ratio 65. 45%. In the construction design,the following processes were taken:2 layers of 1440 dtex/2 DSP polyester cord for carcass,3×0. 30 HT steel cord for belts,using single stage building machine to build tire and double mold hydraulic curing press to cure tire. It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,bead unseating resistance,endurance,low pressure performance and high speed performance met the requirements of national standards,and the rolling resistance met the level B requirements of EU labeling regulation.
