士官机械制造工艺专业一体化教学模式的构建 被引量:3

摘要 为有效推进士官职业教育实战化教学改革,根据部队发展对士官人才的要求,分析了士官机械制造工艺专业教学中存在的主要问题;根据机械制造工艺专业一体化教学模式的构建原则,从课程目标、课程体系、教学内容、师资队伍、教学平台等方面提出了一体化教学模式的构建方法;最后给出了该一体化教学模式的教学实施情况.教学实践表明,运用一体化教学模式,有效提升了士官教学质量和效益.这为士官实战化教学改革提供了有益的借鉴和参考. In order to effectively promote the real-combat teaching reform of non-commissioned officer (NCO) vocational education, according to the requirements of army development for NCOs, this article firstly analyzes the main problems existing in the teaching of NCO mechanical manufacturing technology specialty. And then according to the construction principle of integrated teaching mode of mechanical manufacturing technology specialty, the article presents the construction method of integrated teaching model from the aspects of course objective, curriculum system, teaching content, teaching staff, teaching platform, etc. Finally, the implementation of the integrated teaching model is given. The teaching practice shows that the proposed integrated teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching quality and efficiency of NCO, which provides the salutary lesson and reference for the NCO real-combat teaching reform.
