摘要
目的探讨PBL作为一种教育模式,在医学生院校教育不同阶段课程设置安排内容合理性。方法基于学生视角,采用回顾以往开设课程,经过自身的实践和思考,总结归纳。结果认为PBL本科课程设置应注重学生不同学年知识积累的差异性,在不同阶段课程设置内容应有不同侧重点。结论应重视学生基础知识应用与医学人文、医患沟通能力培养,提高医学生的职业素养。
Objective To explore the rationality of curriculum arrangement of PBL as a new educational model in different stages of medical college education. Methods Based on the perspective of students, we reviewed the previous courses and summary made through our own practice and thinking. Results The author thought that the undergraduate curriculum of PBL should pay attention to the difference of students’ knowledge accumulation in different academic years, and the content of undergraduate curriculum should have different emphasis in different stages. Conclusion Attention should be paid to the application of students’ basic knowledge and medical humanities, the cultivation of the doctor-patient communication ability, and the improvement of medical students’ professional accomplishment.
