螺纹锁紧环换热器铬钼钢与镍基材料焊接工艺分析 被引量:3

摘要 某石化公司柴油加氢脱硫装置螺纹锁紧环式换热器—反应进出料换热器,设备主体材料为12Cr2Mo1R,与设备相连接的管道材质为S32168。涉及12Cr2Mo1R与S32168之间的焊接问题,制造厂采用的方法为在12Cr2Mo1R接管端部堆焊镍基材料,使用镍基焊材与S32168进行焊接。通过焊接工艺评定试验及焊工技能培训,设备焊接后无损检测全部合格。 The main material of the screw locking ring heat exchanger for a diesel hydrodesulfurization plant of a petrochemical com. pany( a reactive feed-in and out heat exchanger) is 12Cr2Mo1R, and the pipe material connected with the exchanger is S32168. Concerning the welding between 12Cr2Mo1R and S32168, the manufacturer adopted the method of overlaying nickel-base material at the end of connection of 12Cr2Mo1R, and used nickel-base welding material to conduct welding with S32168. Through welding process evaluation test and welder skill training, the NDT after welding all qualified.
