高温预紧碟簧在中压蒸汽管网系统上的应用

Application of high temperature pre-tightening disc spring on mid-pressure steam pipe network

文中结合某石化企业加氢装置3.5MPa蒸汽管网温度剧烈波动而导致蒸汽分水罐多次泄漏,并且人孔法兰呲开大量泄漏最终导致装置停产抢修的事故,提出了增设高温预紧碟簧的抗温度波动措施,取得较好效果,对于同类设备具有较高推广应用价值。

Combined with the multiple leakage of steam water separation tank due to the sharp temperature fluctuation of 3.5 MPa steam pipesystemof hydrogenation plant, and manhole flanges leakage resulting in plant shutdown, this paper put forward the mea. sure to addhigh temperature pre-tightening disc spring to prevent teperature fluctuation which achieved good effect and had higher application value for the similar equipment.
