以大庆炼化公司炼油一厂和炼油二厂2套ARGG装置为例,阐述了在实施油气管线清洗施工时,选择水射流喷射压力、选择喷嘴型式、确定设备流量、确定喷杆长度等工艺参数的方法,说明了大直径管线、长距离直管段以及横管段的清洗工艺方法。

Taking the 2 sets of ARGG unit of No.1 &No.2 refinery plant of Daqing refining&chemical company as an example, this paper expounded the method to adopt water jet injection pressure and nozzle type, determined device flow and spray lancewhen im. plementing the cleaning of oil and gas pipeline construction, illustrated the cleaning technologymethod of large bore pipeline, long distance straight section and the cross section.
