摘要
运用大数据服务于化工生产装置是石化企业实现生产过程优化管理的趋势。文中结合某石化公司的裂解装置操作过程中的数据,分析了大数据在该装置生产决策、设备状态判断、节能节水、班组核算中发挥的作用。
Using big data to serve petrochemical production plant is the trend of optimizing production process management in petro. chemical enterprises. Combined with the data in the operation process of cracking unit of a petrochemical company, this paper ana. lyzed the role of big data in the production decision, equipment state judgment, energy and water saving and team accounting of the unit.
