摘要
分析了石油石化行业的业务生产与工业控制系统的相关程度,以及工业控制系统信息安全现状。对工业控制系统信息安全防护发展历程和遇到的困境进行了研究和阐述。提出安全技术防护、安全管理及人员安全能力提升的建设思路。
