摘要 以五水合四氯化锡(SnCl4·5H2O)和硫代乙酰胺(CH3CSNH2)为原料,无水乙醇和去离子水作为溶剂,采用溶剂热法制备出SnS2纳米片.采用XRD、SEM、TEM、电化学性能测试等测试手段对产物的物相、形貌进行表征,研究了不同溶剂及其比例对SnS2形貌及电化学性能的影响.结果表明,当以无水乙醇和去离子水作为混合溶剂(溶剂比例:VC2H5OH∶VH2O=2∶3)时,所制备的SnS2结晶性明显增强,分散性较好,纳米片尺寸明显减小.将其用作锂离子电池负极材料,在100mA·g^-1电流密度下测其循环性能,首次充放电容量可达到1504/875.9mAh·g^-1,100圈循环后,容量稳定在370.04mA·g^-1,表现出良好的电化学性能. In this study,SnS 2 nanosheets were successfully synthesized by solvothermal method with SnCl 4·5H 2O,thioacetamide as main raw materials,distilled water and absolute ethanol as solvent.Structural and morphological of different samples were characterized by X-ray、scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The effect of different solvents and ratios on the morphology and electrochemical properties of SnS 2 were investigated.The result shows that SnS 2 nanosheets (solvent ratio:V C 2H 5OH ∶V H 2O =2∶3) has superior crystallinity and dispersibility,the size of nanosheets significantly reduced.When used as anode for lithium ion batteries,SnS 2 nanosheets exhibit a very high initial discharge and charge capacity of 1 504 and 875.9 mAh·g ^-1 ,and can remain a reversible capacity of 370.04 mAh·g ^-1 at 100 mA·g ^-1 after 100 cycles,displaying a superior electrochemical properties.
