摘要 为有效解除高速公路充电站电动汽车无序充电的现实问题,在理顺充电站运转状态、电动汽车用户充电性行为习惯及配电网负荷方差等指标的基础上,建设了一种有序充电方案,以降低负荷的波动幅度,减轻汽车充电对配电网正常运行的影响。实践证明,以粒子群算法为基础,推行电动汽车有序充电控制策略,能降低用户充电成本,减缩等候时间,并提升充电站充电设备的有效利用率。 To effectively remove the highway charging station electric vehicle disordered charge realistic problems, suitable charging station running condition,the electric car users sexual habits and distribution network load variance index,on the basis of the construction of an orderly charging scheme,it can reduce the volatility of load,reduce the car battery to affect normal operation of the formation of the distribution network. Practice has proved that the implementation of orderly charging control strategy for electric vehicles based on particle swarm optimization algorithm can reduce users' charging costs,reduce waiting time and improve the effective utilization rate of charging equipment and facilities in charging stations.
