摘要
电池的性能直接受锂离子电池浆料稳定性的严重影响,因此主要依据正极浆料在不同处理条件下性能变化的实际情况进行论述,分别比较浆料的固含量、黏度及流变性能。经过大量实验最终得出浆料的固含量和黏度的具体变化,并探索出浆料性质,以促进电池性能和极片涂布的发挥。同时,基于对电池浆料性能研究的分析,为动力电池关键生产装备之一的涂布机方案的设计和规划提供一定帮助。
The performance of the battery is directly affected by the stability of the lithium ion battery slurry,mainly discusses the actual performance of the positive electrode slurry under different conditions, and compares the solid content, viscosity and rheology of the slurry. performance. After a large number of experiments,the specific changes of solid content and viscosity were finally obtained,and the properties of the reduction were explored to promote the performance of the battery and the application of the pole piece.
