空管末端设备电源优化配置的分析 被引量:1

摘要 空管系统通信、导航及监视设备的运行安全直接关系着民航空中飞行安全。系统设备电源的安全可靠是保障设备安全运行的基础。根据民航温州空中交通管理站航管楼目前设备配置现状,着重结合进近管制室设备电源双母线接入方案进行具体论述。具体围绕空管设施设备中已具备双电源的设备,应分别接入A、B路UPS电源;单电源设备且有主备关系,根据设备承载信息的相互替代关系进行选择,实现交错冗余配置接入A、B路UPS电源;单电源无备份设备、传输中心节点设备、重点区域关键核心负载及末端子系统设备,可考虑加装STS静态转换装置的中心思想进行论述。通过列举、对比、图示及STS选型等方法展开系统分析和可行性论证,总结出利用好双母线供电资源的关键难点,即解决单电源系统设备的运行风险。只有充分掌握STS的接入方法和配置要求,才能有效缓解运行风险,提高设备电源的故障容错能力。 The operation safety of atc system communication,navigation and monitoring equipment is directly related to the air flight safety of civil aviation,and is also the lifeline of atc system security. The safety and reliability of system equipment power supply is the basis of ensuring the operation of equipment. According to the current equipment configuration status of the atc building in my station,discussing in detail the power supply double-bus access scheme of the equipment in the approach control room. The equipment with double power supply in the atc facilities should be connected to A and B UPS power sources respectively. Single power supply equipment,with master and backup relationship,according to the mutual substitution relationship of equipment carrying information to select,realize staggered redundancy configuration access A,B UPS power supply. With single power supply and single system without backup,transmission center node equipment or key core load in key area,terminal subsystem equipment,the central idea of STS static conversion device can be considered. Through the list,contrast,graphic and STS selection method and so on system analysis and feasibility,sums up the advantage of the key difficulties of double bus power supply resources is how to solve the single operation of the power system equipment risk,only fully grasping the access method and configuration requirements of the STS,can effectively ease the operation risk,improve equipment power supply fault tolerance.
