摘要 燃气轮机的点火系统作为燃气顺控的重要组成部分,其设备稳定、可靠对燃机成功启动至关重要。当燃机燃料阀打开后,只有点火系统在规定的时间内正常投运并点燃成功,才能使燃机启动顺控继续进行。国家电投集团周口燃气热电有限公司#1机组基建调试中,点火系统出现相关故障,导致机组顺控启动失败。因此,主要针对该问题进行了系统分析,并通过优化大大提高了点火系统的可靠性,有效地提升了燃机点火成功率。 As an important part of gas sequential control,the stable and reliable of ignition system ,which is very important for the successful start-up of gas turbine. When the fuel valve of the gas engine is opened,only the ignition system is put into operation within the prescribed time and ignited successfully,can the sequential start-up continue. During the capital construction and commissioning of Spic Zhoukou Gas Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,the ignition system failed,resulting in the failure of the sequential start-up of the unit. Therefore,the system analysis is mainly aimed at this problem,and the reliability of the ignition system is greatly improved through optimization,and the ignition success rate of the combustion engine is effectively improved.
