基于协同创新的高职旅游管理专业群校企社政协同机制构建研究

A Study on the Construction of University-Enterprise-Society-Government Consultation Mechanism in Building Higher Vocational College’s Specialty Group Majoring in Tourism Management Based on the Concept of Collaborative Innovation

专业群建设协同创新是高职院校走内涵建设、打造专业品牌的主要途径之一。文章基于协同创新的视野,以广州城市职业学院为例,构建了高职旅游管理专业群协作的“校企社政”合作机制、对接广州旅游产业的动态调整机制、内外资源整合优化的共享机制、组织结构要素的协同保障机制和注重就业质量成效的考核评价机制。

Collaborative innovation of specialty group construction is one of the main ways for higher vocational colleges to build connotation and brand. Based on the concept of collaborative innovation and taking Guangzhou City Vocational College as an example, this paper establishes the cooperative mechanism of "university-enterprise-society-government" for the cooperation of tourism management specialty groups in higher vocational colleges, the dynamic adjustment mechanism for the docking of tourism industry in Guangzhou, the sharing mechanism for the integration and optimization of internal and external resources, the cooperative guarantee mechanism of organizational structure elements and the evaluation mechanism focusing on the effectiveness of employment quality.
