立德树人背景下高职院校校园文化与学风建设现状与思考

Current Situation and Thoughts on the Construction of Campus Culture and Study Style in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Moral Values Establishment and People Cultivation

学风建设关系到每一位学生品德养成与成长成才,是校园文化精神层面建设中的难点,也是学校教育高质量落实立德树人根本任务的重要先决条件。通过对北京高职院校的实地观察与师生访谈,学风建设在学生层面存在着“学习目的功利化,内在动力不足;学习态度不够端正;学习习惯差,缺乏自我管控能力;学习品质不高”等现象,其受制于教师专业素养、社会功利性价值及手机网络技术等因素影响。建议采取学生分层教学与导师制、重视班风和教风建设、加强学涯生涯规划及学习方法指导、杜绝网络手机对课堂教学干扰等措施,以此促进优良学风形成。

The construction of study style is related to the formation and growth of every student's moral character,it is the difficulty in the spiritual construction of campus culture as well as the important precondition for high quality school education to implement the fundamental task of moral values establishment and people cultivation.Through on-the-spot observation and interviews with teachers and students in Beijing Higher Vocational Colleges,there are some phenomena in the construction of study style at the level of students,such as“utilitarian learning purpose,insufficient internal motivation,inadequate learning attitude,poor learning habits,lack of self-control ability,and low learning quality”,which are influenced by these factors such as teachers'professional accomplishment,social utilitarian value and mobile network technology.It is suggested that measures should be taken such as layered teaching and tutorial system for students,paying attention to the construction of class style and teaching style,strengthening study career planning and guidance of learning methods,and eliminating interference of Internet mobile phones in classroom teaching,so as to promote the formation of good study style.
