近几年,成品油市场资源供大于求,市场竞争异常激烈,企业在应对市场的过程中经常面临着“保量”还是“保效”的决策难题,量效平衡难以把握。面对这种情况,迫切需要有一种量化决策模型有效支撑决策。文中对当前成品油市场所面临的形势进行了分析,采用运筹学的先进先出以及博弈理论,开发了量化分析模型,探索运用数学模型解决成品油经营中面临的难题,并进行了实践,取得了一定的成效。

In recent years, the supply of refined oil market exceeds the demand, and the market competition is extremely fierce. Enterprises often face the decision-making problem of "quantity" or "efficiency" in the process of dealing with the market, and the balance of quantity and efficiency is difficult to control. Faced with this situation, there is an urgent need for a quantitative decision-making model to effectively support decision-making. In this paper, the current situation faced by the refined oil market is analyzed, and a quantitative analysis model is developed based on operational research theory to explore the use of mathematical models to solve the problems faced in the refined oil operation, and the practice has been carried out, and some results have been achieved.
