摘要
中间包控流装置影响钢液的流动状态,进而影响钢液中夹杂物的去除效果。本文根据某厂中间包设备条件与工艺参数,采用水模拟实验,通过改变控流装置研究其对双流中间包钢液流动的影响。研究表明:控流装置能够有效抑制钢液短路流,其中湍流器+堰+坝结构中间包对抑制钢液的短路流效果最好,钢液的平均停留时间最长,为601.2 s,死区体积最小,为12.87%;同时,增加堰的高度能够延长钢液在中间包内的平均停留时间,减少死区体积分数。
The tundish flow control device affects the flow state of molten steel and thus the effect of removal of inclusions from the molten steel. In this paper,according to the condition and process parameters of the tundish equipment in a steel works,water simulation experiment was carried out to study the influence of flow control device on molten steel flow in a dual-strand tundish. The results show that the flow control device can effectively restrain the short-circuit flow of molten steel. The structure comprised of turbulence device,weir and dam in the tundish has the best effect on restraining the short-circuit flow of molten steel with the longest average residence time of molten steel reaching 497.5 s and the smallest volume of dead zone being 27.89%. Furthermore,increasing the height of the weir can prolong the average residence time of molten steel and reduce the volume fraction of dead zone in the tundish.
