摘要
采用钠基膨润土(Na-MMT)、卤锑复配阻燃剂和低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)树脂制备了阻燃复合材料,研究了改性Na-MMT协同卤锑复配阻燃剂对LDPE阻燃材料的燃烧性能、力学性能及热性能的影响。结果表明:改性Na-MMT替代部分卤锑复配阻燃剂时,其垂直燃烧等级均达到UL94V-0级,极限氧指数均在32.0%以上。当改性Na-MMT质量分数为8%时,阻燃材料的极限氧指数达到33.8%;当改性Na-MMT质量分数为16%时,阻燃材料的力学性能最优。
The flame retardant composites were prepared by sodium bentonite (Na-MMT), halogen antimony compound flame retardant and low density polyethylene (LDPE) resin. The effects of Na-MMT and modified Na-MMT on combustion, mechanical and thermal properties of LDPE flame retardant composites were studied. The results showed that when the modified Na-MMT substituted halogen antimony compound flame retardant, the vertical combustion grade of the modified Na-MMT flame retardant composites all reached UL94 V-0, and the limiting oxygen index was over 32.0%. When the mass fraction of modified Na-MMT was 8%, the limiting oxygen index of flame retardant material reached 33.8%. When the mass fraction of modified Na-MMT was 16%, the mechanical properties of flame retardant composites were optimal.
