摘要
利用旋转流变仪对橡胶型氯化聚乙烯(CM)专用树脂进行了流变行为测试,建立了CM专用树脂相对分子质量及其分布数学计算式,在产品开发中进行了实际应用,所得结果与凝胶渗透色谱法(GPC)结果进行了比较。结果表明:建立的数学计算式可以快速得到CM专用树脂相对分子质量及其分布的定量信息,与GPC结果相比偏差小,可在产品开发中提供准确的产品分子结构信息数据。
The rheological behavior of the special resin for chlorinated polyethylene rubber (CM) was tested by rotary rheometer. The mathematical formula for calculating the relative molecular mass and its distribution of CM resin was established. The results were compared with that of gel permeation chromatography(GPC)in product development. The results show that the quantitative information of relative molecular mass and its distribution of CM resin can be obtained quickly by the mathematical formula, which is less deviated from the results of GPC, and the calculation results can provide accurate product molecular structure information data for product development.
