摘要
介绍了聚氯乙烯/丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(PVC/ABS)合金的成型特性、机台选择、温度控制及成型过程中注意事项,并结合实例,针对PVC/ABS合金材料成型过程中遇见的发黄料花和困气鼓包等问题提出了成型工艺和模具设计的一些建议。
The processing characteristics, injection machine selection, temperature control and considerations during processing of polyvinyl chloride/acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (PVC/ABS)alloy are introduced. Based on the actual cases,some suggestions on form process and mold design are put forward to solve the problems which were often encountered in the injection of PVC/ABS alloy, such as yellow silver streaks and air traps etc.
