摘要
在崇明白山羊羔羊早期对其诱食代乳粉料,进行30日龄、45日龄和60日龄的断奶试验,测定其体重和血清生化指标,探讨不同断奶时间对羔羊生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。结果表明:断奶会引起羔羊血清抗氧化指标和血脂指标的显著变化(P<0.05),而白蛋白指标则无显著变化(P>0.05)。45日龄断奶组羔羊的平均日增重增长稳定,断奶后第21天超过了60日龄断奶组。初步判断羔羊45日龄断奶所引起的断奶应激最小,更有利于促进羔羊的生长发育。
In this study,the Chongming white goat lambs were fed with milk substitutes at early stage,and weaned at 30,45 and 60 days of age.The body weight and serological biochemistry parameters were examined.The effects of different weaning times on growth performance and serological biochemistry parameters of lambs were studied.The results showed that weaning could cause significant differences in plasma anti-oxidant and lipid parameter(P<0.05),but no significant difference in albumin(P>0.05).Lambs that weaned at 45 days old grew more steadily,and their average daily gains exceeded 60-days-weaned lambs at the 21st day after weaning.It was preliminarily judged that weaning stress caused by 45-day-old lamb weaning was the smallest,which was more conducive to promoting lamb growth and development.
