农业科研单位仪器设备信息化管理探索

Information management of instrument and equipment in agricultural scientific research institution

农业科研单位仪器设备管理中存在较多问题,突出表现为大型设备不足、整体利用率偏低、小型仪器重复分散、设备共享程度偏低等方面。针对这些问题,提出建设仪器设备管理平台方案,完善资产信息管理系统。该系统一方面应符合财政政策要求和农业科研单位行业特色,另一方面应支持农业科研单位的仪器设备管理、统计、查询、共享、分析等一系列决策功能,实现科研仪器设备的信息化管理。

There were many problems in management of instrument and equipment in agricultural scientific research institution,such as deficient in high-value instruments,low utilization levels for most instruments,duplication and dispersion in small instruments,and less shared instruments.To figure out those problems,we discussed some protocols of setting up management platforms and expected to make a perfect system of information management for instruments asset.The system should be in compliance with the financial policies and contain some traits in agriculture research.Furthermore,it could provide a series of decision-making functions including management,statistics,search,sharing and analysis of instruments for agriculture research institution to enhance the information management levels of instrument and equipment.
