摘要
介绍巴西电网,然后针对这次大停电事故进行分析,指出事故中暴露的问题,提出解决方案,最后从电网规划、建设以及运行的角度提出了反思。
Introduce the outline of Brazilian grids at first.Then,the blackouts happened recently are analyzed,and the lessons from the blackouts are pointed out.At last,the solutions are proposed.
