摘要
针对直流富宁换流站极控控制模式频繁切换及直流功率波动现象,介绍了逆变器极控控制模式切换原理,分析了极控控制模式频繁切换的原因,深入研究TVM(Thyrisror Voltage Monitoring)板负电压回报脉宽控制回路中C1电容老化特性。基于导致极控频繁切换的原因,本文提出熄弧角检测防误逻辑的临时措施和采用C0G型电容替代TVM板X7R型电容的根本措施。仿真及现场试验验证了本文所提解决措施的有效性和正确性。
Regarding the frequently switching pole control mode and DC power disturbance in Fu Ning converter station of Yong Fu HVDC.This paper presented the control mode switch principle of inverters and analyzed the causes of frequently switching pole control mode and DC power disturbance.The aging characteristics of C1 capacitor in negative voltage pulse width return control circuit of TVM board was studied.Based on the causes of frequently switching pole control mode,a mathematical model of extinguishing angle detection which preventing logic was proposed as a temporary solution.And using C0G capacitor instead of X7R capacitor in TVM board was also proposed as a fundamental solution which has been proved to be effective and correct through simulating and actual test.
