摘要
随着中国电子商务的迅速发展,电子支付作为一种崭新的支付方式越来越被大众所接受。本文对国内外电子支付影响因素相关文献进行了分析和整理,基于TAM和IDT模型提出了电子支付用户采纳行为模型。选取以中国网民以及在校大学生为主要研究样本,使用结构方程对模型进行假设检验。研究结果支持了模型大多数假设,验证了所提出模型的有效性。通过对研究数据的分析得出了企业创新、社会影响等对我国电子支付发展的主要影响因素,并据此提出了相关建议。
With the rapid development of electronic commerce in our country, electronic payment is accepted by more and more people as a kind of new payment tool. This paper gives a summary of these researches on the influence factors of electronic payment and gets a new user adoption behavior model based on TAM and IDT model. This paper takes college students as study samples, and employs structural equation modeling to validate research model. The analysis supports most research hypotheses and verifies the effectiveness of our model. Through the analysis of the research data, we get the main influencing factors of enterprise innovation and social impact on the development of electronic payment in China, and put forward relevant suggestions.
