摘要
利用网格分区方法对某SUV车型进行面网格与体网格分区划分,经计算分析得到风阻系数与汽车外流场分布。仿真结果表明:阻力来源主要是车头及车尾部,而发动机舱盖、车顶具有一定的减阻作用。后与吉林大学汽车风洞试验得到的风阻系数比较,两者高度吻合,误差不到1.6%,表明利用分区划分网格得到的仿真结果具有较高的准确性。
The grid meshing method was used to divide surface mesh and volume mesh for a SUV model,then the wind resistance coefficient and the external flow field distribution were calculated.The simulation results show that the resistance mainly comes from the front and the rear,while the engine compartment cover and the roof have a certain drag reduction effect.Then,compared with the wind resistance coefficient obtained by the wind tunnel test of Jilin University,the results are highly consistent,and the error is less than 1.6%,which indicates that the simulation results obtained by grid partitioning have higher accuracy.
