摘要
提出一种由传动系统动态性能试验台输入电机模拟发动机驱动变速器的动态耐久试验。该试验台驱动电机采用了一台低惯量、高动态永磁电机来模拟发动机。为了能使该电机精确地模拟发动机的动态特性,基于发动机特性曲线并模拟实车阻力结合整车道路载荷谱的使用、控制,实现了电机模拟发动机的动态试验。
A kind of transmission system dynamic durability test was proposed which was driven by a small inertia and good dynamic performance test bench motor to simulate the engine.A method for simulating the actual vehicle resistance based on the characteristic curve of the engine and applying of the vehicle load spectrum was presented,in order to accurately simulate the dynamic characteristics of the engine.
