黄牛茶根醇提物的抗炎作用研究

摘要 目的:研究黄牛茶根醇提物的抗炎作用。方法:将小鼠分为模型组、醋酸地塞米松组(予醋酸地塞米松0.005g/kg)及黄牛茶根醇提物低、高剂量组(13g/kg、26g/kg),采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、棉球致小鼠肉芽肿以及角叉菜胶致小鼠足趾肿胀建立模型,观察黄牛茶根醇提物对小鼠急慢性炎症的影响,通过ELISA法测定角叉菜胶诱导足趾肿胀小鼠血清中TNF-α的含量。结果:黄牛茶根醇提物对小鼠耳廓肿胀、棉球肉芽肿以及足趾肿胀均具有较强的抑制作用(P<0.05或P<0.01),但是对足趾肿胀小鼠血清中的TNF-α炎症因子含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论:黄牛茶根具有良好的抗炎作用。
