科学有效的临床手术及手术科室的风险评估,有利于促进公立医院提高疑难复杂疾病的诊治能力,深化绩效管理和评价,符合国家现代医院管理制度改革要求。通过阐述手术风险的存在类型和评估过程、我国手术分级等管理现状,总结了我国当前手术科室风险系数的相关评价方法及其优缺点。介绍了用非参数检验Ridit分析方法在临床科室的风险系数评估中的应用及不足,并提出了相应的建议和对策。

Scientific and effective risk assessment of clinical surgery and surgical departments is conducive to improving the diagnosis and treatment ability of difficult and complicated diseases in public hospitals,deepening performance management and evaluation, and meeting the requirements of the reform of the national modern hospital management system. By expounding the types and evaluation process of surgical risks and the current management situation of surgical classification in China,the paper summarizes the relevant evaluation methods of surgical department risk coefficient in China and their advantages and disadvantages,introduces the application and deficiencies of non-parametric test Ridit analysis method in the risk coefficient assessment of clinical departments,and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
