摘要
患者在大型综合医院就医体验差的现象较为突出。预约调度是医疗运作管理的有效途径和提升患者满意度的重要手段。合理的预约调度策略可以较好地权衡患者的间接等待时间和直接等待时间,改善医疗资源的利用效率。回顾了预约调度工作的研究现状,对研究现状进行了述评,展望了未来研究,并指出了预约调度在实际应用中的注意事项。
The uneasy experience in the large-size hospital is outstanding. Appointment scheduling is an efficiency method to improve healthcare operation management and patients’satisfaction. A good appointment scheduling policy can effectively balance the indirect waiting time and direct waiting time of patients,and improve the utilization of the medical resource. The paper reviews the current research situation of the appointment scheduling,and gives some prospects for future research. The key points of practice of the appointment scheduling is also given.
