摘要
目的:探究熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)联合布地奈德对原发性胆汁性肝硬化(PBC)的治疗效果及对PBC患者血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)及丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法:选取78例PBC患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其均分为观察组与对照组,每组各39例患者,而后对照组单纯使用UDCA进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用布地奈德,治疗时间均为48周,而后于治疗第16周、第32周及第48周对治疗效果进行评估,对肝功能进行实验室检查,并对两组患者氧化应激血清因子进行测量。结果:①治疗前两组症状评分比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗第10周、第20周、第30周及第48周观察组得分低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②治疗前两组肝功能指标谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组上述指标均出现下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);③治疗前两组MDA及T-SOD水平差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后MDA出现下降,T-SOD出现上升,观察组MDA高于对照组,T-SOD低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:UDCA能够显著改善PBC临床症状,同时改善其肝功能及氧化应激状态。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of ursodeoxycholic acid(UDCA)combined with budesonide on primary biliary cirrhosis(PBC)and on the serum total superoxide dismutase(T-SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA).Methods:78 cases of PBC patients as the research object,according to the random number table method were divided into experimental group and control group,39 cases in each group patients were then treated with UDCA alone in the control group.Budesonide was given to the experimental group on the basis of the control group for 48 weeks,and then the therapeutic effect was evaluated at the 16th week,the 32nd week and the 48th week,Liver function laboratory tests,and two groups of patients with oxidative stress serum factor measurement.Results:①There was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The scores of the experimental group at the 10th,20th,30th and 48th week after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);②There was no significant difference in ALT,AST and ALP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)The levels of MDA and T-SOD in the two groups before treatment were not significantly different(P>0.05).After the treatment,MDA(P<0.05).There was a significant decrease in T-SOD,T-SOD in experimental group was higher than that in control group,and T-SOD was lower than that in control group.Conclusion:UDCA can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of PBC,while improving its liver function and oxidative stress status.
