摘要
Z源逆变器(ZSI)及其衍生拓扑在光伏(PV)领域有着非常广泛的应用。在非隔离光伏并网系统中,共模电压(CMV)随着时间的变化会产生流经光伏电池板寄生电容的高频漏电流。论文过对ZSI的CMV进行分析,提出了一种简单的用来减少ZSI中CMV谐波的方法。该方法是通过改变开关状态来实现的,并通过调制傅里叶变换(MFT),将该方法调制后的CMV与传统ZSI中的CMV在频域范围内进行了比较。并通过对1 kW ZSI进行仿真,验证了该方法的参考价值。
Z-source inverter (ZSI) and its derivative topologies are widely used in photovoltaic (PV) field. In the non-isolated PV grid-connected system, the common mode voltage (CMV) changes over time, and resulting in high-frequency leakage current flowing through the stray capacitance of the PV panels. This paper proposes a simple method to reduce the CMV harmonics in ZSI by analyzing the CMV of ZSI. This method is realized by changing the state of the switch and by modulating the Fourier transform (MFT), the CMV of this method is compared with the CMV in the traditional ZSI in frequency domain. The validity of this method is verified through the simulation of l kw ZSI.
