基于负荷特性的大用户业扩辅助分析方法 被引量:18

摘要 业扩报装是供电公司面向用户用电的一项重要业务,对保证配电网安全稳定运行、提高配电网经济效益具有十分重要的意义。当前供电公司在制定业扩报装供电方案时,一般只考虑用户的最大负荷,忽略了大用户负荷的时序特性,导致电源点负荷日峰谷差不断增大等一系列问题。为进一步提高大用户业扩报装方案的精准化程度,提出了基于负荷特性的大用户业扩辅助分析方法。首先,通过模糊C均值聚类(FCM)建立大用户负荷特征库;其次,通过梯度提升树模型建立了负荷模式识别方法;最后,建立大用户供电接入方案优化模型,确定供电接入优化策略。文中所提方法可降低电源点负荷峰谷差率,提高电力系统安全稳定性。 Business expansion is an important business in the marketing and distribution management of power supply enterprises, it is of great significance for forming and maintaining a good distribution network structure, ensuring the power supply reliability of the distribution network and improving the utilization efficiency of the distribution network resources. At present, when setting up the power supply access plan, it is often based on the maximum load level of users, the timing characteristics of large user load are ignored, so there are a series of problems, such as the increasing of load point and peak valley difference. In order to further improve the precision of the expansion and installation of large user industries, a method of expanding user assistance is proposed based on load characteristics. Firstly, the load feature library of large users is established by fuzzy C-means clustering (FCM). Secondly, the load pattern recognition method is established by gradient lifting tree model. Finally, a combined optimization model of power supply access scheme for large users is established to determine the power supply access optimization strategy. The proposed method can reduce the peak and valley differential rate of power point load, and improve the safety and stability of power system.
