非对称双圆锥展开轮的五轴虚拟加工 被引量:1

摘要 展开轮是钢球检测系统中的关键零部件,针对目前非对称双圆锥展开轮尺寸小、工作曲面结构特殊、实际加工过程中精度难以保证,且准确的技术参数难以获得这一问题,采用五轴虚拟加工技术对展开轮进行仿真研究。分析展开轮的结构特征、工作原理及其加工成型机理,提出分层切点跟随铣削加工原理;建立展开轮的标准三维模型,并对展开轮的加工进行数控编程,得到加工展开轮的数控代码,基于虚拟机床技术搭建虚拟加工仿真平台,实现了展开轮的加工,为非对称双圆锥展开轮的国产化加工提供了参考。 The unfolding wheel is the key component in the steel ball inspection system.Aiming at the problem that the size of the unfolding wheel with asymmetrical double cone is small,the structure of working surface is special,and the accuracy in actual processing is difficult to guarantee,and the accurate technical parameters are difficult to obtain,the five-axis virtual machining technology is used to simulate the unfolding wheel.The structure characteristics,working principle and forming mechanism of the unfolding wheel are analyzed,and the layered cutting point following milling principle is put forward.The standard three-dimensional model of the unfolding wheel is established,and the NC code of the unfolding wheel is obtained by NC programming.Based on the virtual machine tool technology,the virtual machining simulation platform is built to realize the processing of the unfolding wheel,which is an asymmetric double cone.The localized processing of the expansion wheel provides a reference.
