腹部肿瘤腹腔转移诊断中CT与增强CT的临床对比

Clinical Comparison of CT and Enhanced CT in the Diagnosis of Abdominal Tumor Metastasis

目的:对比腹部肿瘤腹腔转移诊断中CT与增强CT的应用价值。方法:选取本院57例腹部肿瘤腹腔转移患者,均行CT与增强CT检查,Ⅰ组根据CT影像学资料诊断患者,Ⅱ组根据增强CT影像学资料诊断患者,比较两种不同检查方式诊腹部肿瘤腹腔转移的符合情况,分析诊断结果。结果:Ⅱ组诊断种植灶长度、宽度和最小种植灶面积均明显小于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组诊断腹部肿瘤腹腔转移的符合率明显高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),且Ⅱ组与病理诊断结果相比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:增强CT检查可有效检查出微小病灶,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective: To compare the value of CT and enhanced CT in the diagnosis of abdominal tumor metastasis. Methods: 57 patients with abdominal peritoneal metastasis tumor in our hospital, both CT and enhanced CT examination,Ⅰ group according to CT imaging in the diagnosis of patients,Ⅱ group according to the enhanced CT imaging in the diagnosis of patients, comparing two different ways to check diagnostic abdominal peritoneal metastasis tumor conforms to the situation, analysis the diagnosis. Results:Ⅱ group diagnosis of focal length, width and minimum grow focal area were significantly less than Ⅰ group(P<0.05);Ⅱ group diagnosis coincidence rate of peritoneal metastasis was obviously higher than that of abdominal tumor Ⅰ group(P<0.05), and Ⅱ group compared with the pathological diagnosis has no obvious difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Enhanced CT can effectively detect small lesions and has important clinical value.
