摘要
目的:探究膝关节骨挫伤采用磁共振常规序列及DWI序列诊断效果。方法:抽取我院2015年1月-2018年11月期间收入膝关节骨挫伤患者528例,所有患者予以GE1.5T超导型核磁共振成像仪和膝关节表面线圈检查,并对检查结果进行总结。结果:单纯性胫骨近端挫伤108例,单纯股骨远端挫伤95例,单纯髌骨挫伤59例,胫骨近端、股骨远端同时挫伤151例,股骨远端、髌骨同时挫伤56例,胫骨近端、髌骨同时骨挫伤23例,胫骨近端、股骨远端及髌骨同时挫伤36例。结论:MRI常规序列及DWI序列应用于膝关节骨挫伤临床诊断中,效果明显,能帮助患者早期鉴别疾病,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To explore the diagnosis effect of magnetic resonance imaging generic sequences and DWI(diffusion-weighted imaging) sequences in bone contusion of knee joint. Methods: 528 patients with bone contusion treated from January 2015 to November 2018 in our hospital were selected. All the patients received the GE1.5T superconducting magnetic resonance imaging device and surface coil examination. The examination results were concluded. Results: The examination results indicated 108 simple proximal tibial contusion cases, 95 simple distal femoral contusion cases, 59 simple patella contusion cases, 151 proximal tibial and distal femoral contusion cases, 56 distal femoral and patella contusion cases, 23 proximal tibial and patella contusion cases, and 36 proximal tibial, distal femoral and patella contusion cases. Conclusion: The magnetic resonance imaging generic sequences and DWI sequences are good to make an early differential diagnosis of bone contusion. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
