儿科危重症诊疗中应用床边介入超声的价值

The Value of Bedside Interventional Ultrasound in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pediatric Critical Disease

目的:观察儿科危重症诊疗中采用床边介入超声的应用价值。方法:选取本院所收治的60例儿科危重症患儿,所有患儿均在床边计入超声引导下进行穿刺活检术或置管引流术;分析所有患儿的诊断结果与治疗效果。结果:所有患儿进行床边介入超声治疗后,14例患儿行穿刺活检术治疗,46例患儿行置管引流术;患儿置管治疗后症状得到显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:床边介入超声在儿科危重症患儿中具有较高的应用价值,能够有效判断患儿疾病情况。

Objective: To observe the application value of bedside interventional ultrasound in pediatric critical disease diagnosis and treatment. Methods: 60 pediatric critically disease children were selected in our hospital. All the children underwent puncture biopsy or catheterization under the guidance of ultrasound beside the bed, and the results of diagnosis and treatment were analyzed. Results: After bedside ultrasound therapy, 14 children were treated with puncture biopsy, 46 patients received catheter drainage, and their symptoms were significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion: Bedside interventional ultrasound has a high application value in pediatric critical disease children, and can effectively judge the disease situation of children.
