摘要 目的:分析不同剂量对乳腺癌模型核磁共振动态增强扫描(DCE-MRI)半定量参数的影响。方法:选Wistar小鼠90只,随机分为3组,每组小鼠30只,建立乳腺癌模型,行MR平扫,注入不同剂量对比剂再行DCE扫描,观察MR平扫情况,绘制平均TIC,计算半定量参数,比较三组半定量参数是否存在差异。结果:对比剂剂量不同会对SER、Vfirst、Vmax参数影响较大,P<0.05,对Tpeak无影响,P>0.05。结论:不同剂量对比剂用于乳腺癌DCE-MRI,其半定量参数部分会有显著差异。 Objective: To analyze the influence of different contrast agent doses in the DCE-MRI(dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance imaging) semi-quantitative parameters for breast cancer models. Methods: 90 Wistar rats were randomly assigned to three groups, 30 cases in each group. The breast cancer models were established. When the different doses of contrast agents were injected, DCE scanning was conducted. After MR plain scan, the average TIC(time-signal intensity curve) was drawn to count and compare the semi-quantitative parameters. Results: The SER(signal enhancement ratio), Vfirst and Vmax based on the different contrast agent doses were significantly different(P<0.05);but the Tpeak parameters among groups were not significantly different(P>0.05). Conclusion: The DCE-MRI semi-quantitative parameters based on the different contrast agent doses are significantly different.
